Add 250gm to 500gm Himalayan salt to body- temperature water 37C (998.6.F), pure essential oils may be added to your foot bath if desired.  

The deeper the water, the better.  Sit back and relax and rest for 30 minutes.  The salt will have a similar effect to a full body bath, however, without the same level of power as only the feet are immersed.  Good release of toxins and heavy metals is still achieved in addition to relaxation and releasing tension in the muscles.  Do not rinse, pumice and moisturise or just moisturise. Meditation during this quiet and relaxing period will likely be powerful and more focused. Ideally, you will be doing your foot soaking towards the end of the day or on a rest day when you can really indulge yourself, your senses and your body's need to recharge. ENJOY!
